Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our dental clients to provide accounting and financial guidance tailored to their unique needs.
- Utilize working knowledge of dental office administrative functions to support clients effectively.
- Communicate with dental professionals in a clear and approachable manner.
- Handle end-of-day procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Assist in managing financial records, accounts, and budgets.
- Leverage dental software for accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss and implement strategies for improved client service.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Dental Industry and dental office operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, SoftDent, Open Dental, etc.) and end-of-day procedures.
- Prior accounting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- QuickBooks knowledge is beneficial.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Staff Accountant
